This page explains what Immaculate Kinetics, LLC collects through this website, how we use it and how to reach us about it. It covers this website only, not paperwork or conversations at the shop.
Service requests
When you submit the Request Service form, we receive what you enter. Only a phone number is required. The rest is up to you:
- Your name and role, organization, phone number and email address
- Details about the vehicle, such as its unit number, VIN, year, make, model, fuel type and odometer or hours
- The work you need, the problem, fault codes, a purchase order number and when you would like to drop the vehicle off
We use this to reply to you and to work on your vehicle. The request is saved on this website's system and emailed to the shop. Your name, phone number and email address are encrypted where they are stored on the website's system.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site. It uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, your general location and your device and browser. Google handles that information under its own terms; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can block cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out add-on.
We also count how many times each article is read. That count is a daily total and stores nothing about you.
Shop staff who sign in to this site use a cookie that keeps them signed in. Visitors do not need an account.
Information sent automatically
Like most websites, our servers record basic details of each visit, such as your IP address and the page requested. We use them to keep the site running and to limit abuse, such as repeated form submissions. This site's fonts load from Google, which also receives your IP address when they do.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information. Companies that provide services for this site handle it for us, including hosting, email delivery and analytics. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Reviews shown here come from public reviews customers have left for the shop, with the name as posted. To ask us to remove yours from this site, contact us.
How long we keep it
We keep service requests for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business records.

To ask what we have from you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us using the details below. We may need to keep some records for legal or business reasons.
Children
This site is for vehicle owners and fleet operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
